Just got off the phone with Craig in the service center & he was very clear by his tone and attitude that he did NOT want to help me get my RECALL ON MY SEATBELTS!!! I received a letter from Ford that states the parts are in for the recall & to call a dealership to have the driver & passenger front seatbelt pretensioner cables repaired bc why, you ask!!???? Oh bc they may separate during a deployment and may not adequately restrain the occupant in a crash, increasing the risk of injury!!!! WOW WHAT I TOOK FROM THE CONVWRSATION WITH GOOD OLD CRAIG IS, IF U DON'T LIVE IN ALBION, IL, DO NOT CALL THEIR LOCAL DEALERSHIP FOR HELP TO REPAIR A FORD AUTOIMOTIVE RECALL!!!! Thank you for nothing, Craig!!!
